Concealed or unforeseen conditions discovered after Work begins may require additional Work and a Change Order. The Client will be notified promptly, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect persons or property.
Any change to the Work, Contract Price, or schedule requires a written Change Order approved by both Parties before additional Work is performed, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect persons or property.
Where the Work relates to an insurance claim, the Client remains responsible for payment under the accepted Proposal/Quote and Roofing Services Agreement regardless of the amount approved, delayed, disputed, or paid by the insurer.
The Contractor's workmanship warranty is for the period specified in this accepted Proposal/Quote ([Enter only if specified]). Manufacturer warranties for materials, if any, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, and claim procedures.
This accepted Proposal/Quote forms part of the Roofing Services Agreement between the Contractor and Client. The Roofing Services Agreement contains the detailed terms governing the Work.
